When will my order be delivered?

Each item displays your estimated delivery date. Once you order your item, you will receive an estimated delivery date and time when you place your order via e-mail.

What time will my order be delivered at?

When we have your product ready to dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a time that suits you.

What do I do if I want someone to measure my carpet?

You can arrange carpet measuring by contacting any of our stores.

Can I request an assembly service?

Yes, we offer assembly with delivery for an additional fee. If you would like this service, select ‘Delivery & Assembly’ in your cart.

Can you deliver outside of Hertfordshire?

There are some products which we are able to deliver outside of the Hertfordshire area. Please contact us for more details.

Delivery & Collection

When can I Click & Collect my order?

You can collect your order at any of our stores once we have sent you an e-mail confirming that the product is ready to be collected between 9.30 and 17.00

I have a problem with my product, what do I do?

We are sorry there seems to be an issue. Please contact our customer services team.

What happens if my item comes damaged ?

We deliver directly from our store to your home using our staff who take care and pride in delivering your products home safely. However, in the unlikely event that your item comes damaged, please contact our customer service team.

Why are there no shipping options available for my address?

At Martins, we focus on quality delivery to our local area of Hertfordshire and some of Greater London area only.

If you would like delivery outside of this area, please get in touch.

What can you do when the delivery states 8-10 weeks or longer?

Martins tries to offer fast and convenient delivery. However, we do not have all our items in stock, so there are longer waiting times. We try to get your order to you as fast as possible, we will arrange an earlier delivery or collection if we receive your item earlier than predicted.
