Delivery

Here at Martins we offer delivery and assembly at a fee. It is delivered and assembled to your door, no matter if it is a house or a flat. Deliveries will typically take 7-14 days. However, due to Covid-19 delivery times are open to change and customised orders such as wardrobes will take 8-10 weeks. Delivery can be arranged at any time to suit you between Monday and Saturday.

Products must be checked by the customer upon receipt. Should there be any damage the delivery team will bring the item back at no extra cost to yourself. Please report this to our customer services immediately.

Deliveries must be signed for by an adult. If you are not home for an agreed delivery there will be a surcharge of £45.

Please let us know, at the time of ordering, if there are any difficulties with access to the property. When ordering, please make sure you check the sizes of the item, i.e. too large to fit through door etc. Although, measurements of items are as close as possible, please check.

We will try to make your order and transaction as smooth as possible, however, some factors are out of our control, i.e. bad weather etc. At times like these we will endeavour to fully communicate any issues or delays. All orders are subject to availability.

Click & Collect

If you wish to click & collect your item, please specify the date and time you will pick up your product at, to make sure our staff have your product ready for collection.

Our Click & Collect is only available to the following stores:

When collecting your order please make sure you have the following with you:

  • The name that the order was placed under
  • The confirmation e-mail of your order
  • A bank card or some photo ID.
